Quick peek – C. pygmaea, C. noritoi, C. cordata x nurii and C. usteriana

I took a peek into my tanks and found some Crypts flowering.

Nice surprise was Cryptocoryne pygmaea. I bought it from local company selling plants mostly in in-vitro/gel culture and price was ridiculously low, so It made me think it will be something else (as often happens). But today I was proven wrong.

C. noritoi flowers quite regularly and grows very well. The same applies to C. cordata x nurii ‘Bekok to Labis’.

Lastly I enclose photos of C. usteriana having leaves already 20cm long (this tank in quite humid).

All photos were taken today (Sept. 23, 2016). Recently I had to change lighting so photos are maybe more yellowish.
